Our normal estimated turnaround time is 10-15* working days after payment (not including weekends and bank holidays). *This may be longer in busy times. Please add 2-4 working days for extra services included in your order such as; re-labelling, hem tag application and packing etc.For rush orders there is a surcharge depending on how quickly you need the order fulfilling.
We use DPD , Ups or Royal Mail 24hr for next day delivery tracked courier service. If your order goes missing we will remake the order and take up an insurance claim with the curriers.
We cannot be held responsible for delays on your order due to; out of stock items, delivery issues, production difficulties i.e power failure or mechanical breakdowns or last minute artwork changes from the client.
We work on a full payment in advance basis for all new clients , we accept bank transfers, PayPal, cash. We do not accept Cheques.
If terms are agreed, payments must be made within 30 days this applies to any clients on account or interest may be charged at a rate of 7.5%.
We suggest you carefully check any artwork proofs sent to you – If you have agreed the final proof, we assume all spellings, sizes and information are correct at the time of going to screen and we will not be held accountable for any errors. Colours vary on different computer monitors so please check colours requested and use a ‘Pantone solid coated formula guide’ book if you have an exact colour to match.
Physical samples are costly and time consuming as we have to make the screens and set up the job for just one print, if you would like a sample of our work please ask, there will be a charge for the sample.
If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid the charges as follows;
If stock hasn’t been ordered – Full refund will be granted.If stock has been ordered – 25% restocking fee will apply.If Job has been started – Labour, materials and restocking fees will be charged.(Labour is charged at £35/hour)
Changing your Order
If you need to change your order, please notify us as soon as possible, above fees may apply.
We do not offer refunds after a job has been completed but if we have made a mistake outside of these terms and conditions we will reprint your order but you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of goods notifying us of the problem.
Although the utmost care is taken, we sometimes do get defects in prints and damaged garments etc. We always order extra garments for this reason, however should our reject rate be slightly higher you may receive less garments than ordered but you will only be charged for what you receive.
