Vinyl printing is a popular and cost-effective form of printing that has been used for decades. Vinyl printing uses heat to transfer lettering, images, or other designs onto fabric, paper, or even wood, without compromising the integrity of the material.
Vinyl printing produces long-lasting prints that are highly durable and resistant to peeling, fading, and cracking. Moreover, vinyl can be easily applied to many types of materials making it a versatile option for different project requirements.
Vinyl printing is commonly used for smaller print runs of t-shirts, typically 5-15 and for all PPE and synthetic fabrics such as nylon jackets and sportswear, as well as odd-shaped items like ties or rucksacks. Large-scale projects can be printed using this method but it is not usually the most cost-effective solution for larger volumes. For large volumes we would recommend screen printing or embroidery.
